You know, Kirsten only being 40 makes no sense. Kirsten and Sandy have been married almost 21 years. That would mean Kirsten was 19 when they got married. She would have had Seth when she was 21. According to past episodes, Kirsten and Sandy met when they were 21 and were living in a mail truck at 22.

So Kirsten is only 40? Wow, like she doesn't look that much older, but considering the fact Seth is almost 19 and she and Sandy were college lovers, you'd think she'd be a tad older, otherwise she had Seth while she was still in college? Maybe? Something doesn't add up. Unless Im crazy.
